I saw this video on TV, it was on the discovery channel here in the UK, it was spread over a few documentries about future car concepts, it said this car was shown as GM’s ‘Skateboard’ chassis concept demonstrated in the AUTOnomy
concept at the 2002 North American Interational Auto Show. I’m guessing who ever GM are, I think they are an US motor company not named but comonly known as GM, they would be doing a lot of research into this now big oil companies are admitting that some of there oil fields are emptying alot sooner than thier ‘worst case senario’ had predicted. They are still decades away from any real problems but it is starting to show with crude oil at around $130 a barrel at the start of may 2008, the price has roughly doubled from that of 12 months previously.
