As the story goes, under Watson’s leadership, IBM — which invented the PC — didn’t have a vision as to how big the market could become and let others, especially Microsoft, get the lion’s share of the value creation”.

There’s a great tool that you haven’t mentioned. We use Wrike http://www.wrike.com/ for collaboration in our company. The best thing about it is that it’s integrated with your inbox. So to track your progress you don’t have to log on to the site all the time - you have all the reports right there, in your own inbox.
